Are you struggling to create a more comfortable workplace? So many companies invest time and money into this, only to find themselves right back where they started.
Maybe you’ve tried hiring consultants, and their cookie-cutter solutions bring quick wins, but before long, the complaints resurface.
Or perhaps you’ve tried to come up with your own solutions, only to realize it’s more complicated than you thought.

and hinder performance
Many companies invest in new chairs or standing desks, but those don’t address the specific needs of each employee.
Have you asked your employees what they really need so your company can create a tailored plan? If you haven’t, the discomfort will continue to linger, productivity will drop, and employees will feel unnoticed.
Ultimately, you’ll experience higher turnover and difficulty retaining top talent.

Hi! I’m Krys! I’ve always been passionate about movement and how the body works, which led me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology and psychology, followed by earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Over the years, I’ve worked in orthopedic clinics, industrial settings, and corporate environments, helping a wide range of people—from athletes to seniors—overcome pain and prevent injuries through customized ergonomic programs. My journey involved personal challenges too. Years of report writing led to physical misalignment, and when I returned to High-Intensity Interval Training to get back in shape, I tore my rotator cuff while exercising. It was a real wake-up call to the impact of my work habits.
This inspired me to focus on proactive ergonomic education. My mission is to help people feel empowered in their workspaces, whether at home or in the office, by preventing discomfort and enhancing their overall quality of life to focus on what truly matters, feeling their best, and boosting productivity. We’ll create a customized plan that addresses your unique needs, helping you and your team stay healthy, comfortable, and efficient in any workspace.
